This Return Policy applies to digital products purchased from Rejuvenateexpeln through rejuvenateexpeln.ddd. We aim to handle refund requests fairly and transparently.
1. Digital Products
Our products include downloadable meal planners, ingredient scaling toolkits, and platform access packs. These are delivered electronically via email or account access. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- The digital file could not be downloaded due to a technical issue on our side
- Account access was not provisioned as described
- The product materially differs from its description on the products page
Refunds are generally not available once a digital file has been successfully downloaded and accessed, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your financial institution and may take five to ten business days.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund as provided by law.
